There are already so many registrations for the eighth edition of OPENARTAWARD – international advertising prize

Participation in the prize is absolutely free and registrations will close on July 15th.

Registration for the 8th edition of the OPENARTAWARD international advertising prize is proceeding at a very high pace. We remind you that the prize is dedicated to all the graphic, advertising and communication agencies that have carried out promotional projects over the period from July 2018 to June 2019. There are 10 prize categories: logos, outdoor, direct marketing, print, packaging, multimedia, video and radio, non-profit, integrated marketing.
Other categories can be added, based on the types of work that will be entered in the competition. There are also special categories set up by eventual partners of the event.
Participation in the prize is absolutely free and registrations will close on July 15th.
With its 1018 registered artworks, Openartaward was awarded in 2018 the prize for advertising with the highest number of participations in Italy. Moreover, thanks to the patronage obtained over the years (Council Presidency, Ministry of Economic Development, European Commission, Medal of the President of the Republic, Municipality of Naples, Campania Region, Chamber of Commerce, Unicom, Assocom), it appears to be the only prize of the sector to have an “institutional” value.
Among other things, the award continues over the years to have a successful growth trend on the public, on participation and in the media (interventions on local TVs throughout the national territory, on the national TG3, over 400 articles on the most widespread daily newspapers and on sector magazines, over 1300 articles on onLine titles).
The jury of Openartaward (the only prize of the sector to have this specificity) is made up of students of the graphics and advertising communication courses of our institute. Thus the students have the incredible opportunity to observe, analyze and touch the work of the great graphic design professionals (as well as the honor and the burden of evaluating it) and at the same time the professionals have the opportunity to test their communicative creativity on a champion attentive to the evolution of advertising communication trends: in this way a concrete bridge is created between the world of education and the world of work.
Much of the success of the event is linked precisely to its “didactic” formula (advertising agencies, believing in the spirit of the project, came into play by evaluating their work by a jury to say the least “unusual”), to the organization absolutely “non-profit” and, above all, to the “credibility” of the jury, devoid of any interest and therefore absolutely impartial!
The OPENARTAWARD award is organized on a continuous basis since 2012 without any profit-making purpose (the participating agencies do not pay any registration fee)!
Sponsorships will be used exclusively to cover real organizational costs or to contribute to the organization of the event with services, people, means!
To date, the following companies have already decided to collaborate in the 2019 edition of OPENARTAWARD: THERAPOINT, FEDRIGONI, BE DIFFERENT, LA BUONA TAVOLA magazine, PLANET STAND, IVO digital provider, ARTISTIinVETRINA. Instead, they have already granted the patronage: Comune di Napoli, UNA joint communication companies, NapoliFilmFestival. We are awaiting the confirmation of the sponsors of: European Commission, Ministry of Economic Development, Presidency of the Council, Campania Region, Chamber of Commerce.
