Take That: Finally Back for Good

London, 20th July, 2010: The much-speculated news of a Take That reunion recently became official when former member Robbie Williams reunited with the band that made his name in the music industry.

Rumours spread quickly after photographs of all five members together appeared on the group’s official website. Only now has it been confirmed that Take That are Back for Good. They have even completed work on a brand new album, to which the fab five have all contributed.

The last album the entire group worked on together was “Nobody Else”, released in 1995. The number one smash hit single “Back for Good” featured Williams’s last appearance with the group.

Viagogo officially announced the new tour on their website. So far, the only destinations to be named are London and Italy. There is an option to sign up for ticket alerts to be kept informed about the release dates. Many hardcore supporters will no doubt be waiting anxiously to obtain a set of these monumental tickets. You have to be prepared when a music event as big as this is happening.

Frontman Gary Barlow has recently received the honorary title of Best Songwriter in Britain. This is quite an achievement for the talented frontman. There is no doubt about it – the soon-to-be-released album will be filled with instant classics sure to please the die-hard fans and gain new ones along the way.

The producer behind the as yet untitled new album is Stuart Price. His work can be seen alongside big names such as Madonna, Seal, Keane and Gwen Stefani. This will be his first alliance with Take That. There is no word yet on the title track, or even what genre the album will be. For now, all we have is contemplation.

The four original band members made headlines back in 2005, with a reformation sans Williams. This proved to be a clever move, as commercial success quickly followed. Their tour “The Circus Live” was a major sell-out in every city and named as the biggest concert of the year.

The reunion tour in 2011 is already tipped to be even bigger and quite possibly the music event of the season. Take That tickets are always in high demand, due to an overwhelming number of fans who want to see their idols perform on stage.
