12 STOREEZ innovates with Centric PLM

Digital native brand relies on Centric Software to optimize massive business growth

CAMPBELL, Calif., August 4, 2020 Fast-growing Russian women’s and men’s clothing brand 12 STOREEZ has selected Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. Centric Software® provides the most innovative enterprise solutions to fashion, retail, footwear, outdoor, luxury, home décor and consumer goods companies to achieve strategic and operational digital transformation goals.

12 STOREEZ is Centric Software’s third customer in Russia, marking exciting growth and geographic expansion for the market-leading PLM company.

Founded in 2014 by twin sisters Irina and Marina Golomazdiny and Ivan Khokhlov, 12 STOREEZ launched as an online Instagram store, with a small showroom in Ekaterinburg, Russia. Now a globally recognizable brand employing about 460 people, the company has amassed over one million followers on Instagram with 26 offline retail stores in ten cities across Russia and one store is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Production and sales are doubling or tripling each year.

“We enable our customers to create a practical and well-thought capsule wardrobe that can be quickly updated with just one or two fresh new items,” explains Ivan Khokhlov, CEO and co-founder of 12 STOREEZ. “We release new collections every month — not a couple of times a year — and we carefully monitor quality and prices.”

Khokhlov explains that 12 STOREEZ decided to implement a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to streamline information access and communication across all departments of the organization, and that Centric Software offered the most agile, forward-thinking and fastest solution.

“Our rapid company growth and fast-moving collections require a centralized, digital storage system providing visibility of all stages of the product journey,” adds Khokhlov.

“Centric Software is a progressive company with an innovative approach to introducing PLM in the most agile way, allowing us to integrate the program in the shortest time frame possible,” Khokhov says. “With Centric Fashion PLM we expect to reduce time and resources for unnecessary communications by around 38% by uniting a large product team in a single system.”

Khokhlov goes on to explain: “We predict that Centric PLM will allow us to calculate the cost price more accurately and the system will also help us to structure all our data and product information libraries in one place.”

Centric Software is excited to be partnering with such a young, dynamic company striving to embrace the newest digital technology to be as ‘mobile’ as possible. Both Centric and 12 STOREEZ believe that times of crisis present an opportunity to advance the company for the better, address challenges and win more market share while other businesses are cutting costs and resources.

“We are delighted to welcome 12 STOREEZ as our third partner in Russia,” comments Chris Groves, President and CEO of Centric Software. “12 STOREEZ and Centric share many core values, and we are looking forward to working with 12 STOREEZ to implement Centric PLM and support their accelerated growth.”
