In association with business partner Sage, DMC Software held a CRM Workshop demystifying the significance of customer relationship management and encouraging organisations to use CRM Software.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and CRM Software are terms used interchangeably by many, though they are very separate concepts. Keen to identify the value of CRM and diminish misconceptions DMC Software, CRM specialists and award winning Sage Business Partner, held a complimentary CRM Workshop at the end of June 2012.
The Workshop was very successful and achieved its goal to get local businesses thinking about CRM and its place within the modern organisation, both strategically and operationally.
